Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your AeroPress items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and filters are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
